Katt Gu

Katt Gu is the Director of Compliance at Dimension (Mask Network), a company that focuses on delivering Web3 benefits to established social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Mastodon. As an expert in cyberlaw and entrepreneurial law, she has published numerous academic papers and has lectured on the intersection between law and technology at various prestigious universities including Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Chinese Academy of Art. She was invited by the legislator of the Democratic Progressive Party in Taiwan to speak at a legislative meeting on regulation of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. She currently serves as the advisor to the Taiwanese self-regulatory organization APAC Blockchain Development Association and was the first person from mainland China that has been invited to attend such an event in recent decades.
